My main background is Telecom Engineering and MBA from ESADE, all of which I studied in Barcelona, London and Chicago. However, I like and enjoy almost everything, so I’ve also studied things like Film Direction, Music Composition or Psychology.
The purpose of this site is to share projects and topics of interest. I feel attracted to anything that allows us to get to know ourselves better, or to enjoy a full and flourishing life. This includes meditation, consciousnesss, understanding trauma, chronic stress or mental health.
Among them, the most important one is meditation. I consider it to be the most relevant thing I’ve learned in life.
